Welcome to Clinica Adelante, Inc., a private, nonprofit Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing high quality primary and preventive family healthcare services in rural and suburban Maricopa County, Arizona.
Our sites are located in Surprise, Mesa, Sun City West, Buckeye, Glendale, Wickenburg and Gila Bend. We also operate a mobile medical clinic that serves outlying West Valley communities. Our team of 26 physicians, other clinicians and 189 staff members serve more than 30,000 patients annually.
We accept all insurance plans, AHCCCS, and Medicare. Patients without insurance may qualify for discounted services, funded in part by the federal Bureau of Primary Health Care, the Arizona Primary Care Program, and Valley of the Sun United Way.
